The Cameroon NetSquared Camp  is an event that will seek for ways to solve the challenges the civil society is going through in the domain of the Information and Communication Technology, including and not limited to:

  • Ignorance of the technology

  • Difficulties in accessing the Technology due to the expensive nature

  • Difficulties in using the ICT to achieve organizational objectives etc.

During the one day event, we will bring together stake holders (Civil society organizations, SMEs, the Media, Government, Researchers, Investors  and Well wishers).

A lunch party shall immediately follow to end the day.

       What will you get out of this event?

I- Vission Internation was founded to: 

 

EMPOWER COMPUTER LITERACY and bridge the digital gab between the north and south.

 

 Objectives :                 

To promote communication between the north and the south amongst all categories of citizens and members with view to resolving perceived computer literacy problems.

 

To develop and awareness of computer and language concerns worldwide

 

To encourage and foster national and international networks in the Information Technology (IT) field

 

What we do:

We Offer Computer Literacy courses

Collect, Refurbish and redistribute used Computers. 

Create  web sites for Individuals and Organizations.
Orientate individuals and organisation towards productive  partnerships and business relations in the ICT field

Offer public seminars and conferences

to sensitize citizens on top

issues in the Internet in particular and

the  ICT world in general 

Run ICT program on radio and TV
Run a monthly news paper on ICT4D
Organise annual Job placements and career fairs

Work in partnership with organizations

abroad to build the capacities of

civil society organizations locally

through social networks

Assist ICT students and recherchers to deepen their knowledge through fellowships and grants in partnership with organizations abroad.
Create local Networks for social change
